Bacnotan Beneficiaries received DOLE TUPAD Program Payout

Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) presented the salary of 379 Bacnotaneans in accordance with the Living Assistance to Our Disadvantaged/ Displaced Workers (TUPAD) Program this July 22 at Bacnotan Municipal Covered C ouch.

Each participant received 3,750 pesos in such program in the lead of DOLE-Region 1 LGU Bacnotan.

The TUPAD program aims to grant emergency employment to beneficiaries for at least 10 days through community service including but not limited to the cleaning and maintaining the order of barangays and rivers in the town .

Meanwhile, 12 selected beneficiaries received kits from DOLE and in cooperation with Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).

LGU Bacnotan’s relationship continues with the leadership of Mayor Divine Fontanilla in DOLE and National Government to provide assistance to every Bacnotan worker. LGU Bacnotan invites everyone to continue supporting the local and national government programs.
