This MOA is to address the zero contact policy of the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

The Local Government Unit of Bacnotan headed by Hon. Mayor Francisco Angelito L. Fontanilla and Vice Mayor Divina C. Fontanilla together with GCash VP and Group Head Enterprise, Mr. Jose Luis G. Reyes, and AVP and Public Sector Group Head, Ms. Cathlyn Pavia, signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in partnership with Lexsys Technologies Inc. CEO, Ms. Marietta D. Dakanay, for contactless and cashless payment solutions in all transactions
of the municipality on November 22, 2021 via zoom.
